Morgan Fairchild, born Patsy An McClenny in 1950 on the 3rd day of February is an American actress. Her fame grew during the final decade of 1970 and in the early 1980s with continuing performances in a variety of television shows that she presented a glamourous image. Fairchild started her career with the character Jennifer Pace in Search for Tomorrow, the CBS daytime soap that ran from 1973 to 1977. Following her appearance in Dallas in which she portrayed Jenna Wade as the very first actress in primetime and then moved to the NBC program Flamingo Road. For this part, she received with a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for Best Actress - Television Series - Drama. The following year, she co-starred in ABC's short-lived primetime soap Paper Dolls before appearing in Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts from 1985 to the year 1986. Fairchild was also a part of theatre and appeared as a guest in television comedies including Murphy Brown (for which she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in an Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill as well as Friends. Fairchild is also a SAG-AFTRA board member.
